First Friday Lunch - March

Date & Time: 12.30pm for a 1pm sit down Friday 1st March

Venue: The Grand Hotel, 97-99 Kings Road, Brighton

Guest speaker: Friends of Sussex Hospices will be giving a talk on the vital work they do and their exciting future plans.


Set Menu:

Starter

  • Cajun chicken, cucumber, garlic mayo, tomato, red onion and micro rocket salad

Main

  • Salmon, with bacon, silver skin onions, mushrooms, fish veloute, roast gem, parsley with fondant potato

Dessert

  • Orange tart, Jaffa cake gelato, white chocolate sauce and raspberry powder

Vegetarian/vegan menu:

Starter

  • Salad, spiced butternut, caramelized apple, pinenut and Brighton Blue cheese with green olive vierge

Main

  • Curry, Yellow Thai vegetable, jasmine rice balls, coriander, coconut and lime yogurt

Dessert

  • Orange tart, Jaffa cake gelato, white chocolate sauce and raspberry powder


Drinks

  • 1/2 bottle wine

(other/more drinks may be ordered on the day however these are not included in the below cost and you will be charged extra for them)
