Delegates will hear from a series of established journalists/operators who have built successful media careers in NI.
- Paul Gosling
Paul is a well known journalist, author, researcher, public speaker,
copywriter and broadcaster. He specialises in the economy, accountancy, the
co-operative sector, public services and personal finances.
- Micky O’Neill
Micky is a producer/director, graduated from
University of Ulster in 1977 with an honours degree in Graphic Design and in
2014 with a Masters in Media Management & Policy. Micky has run his own
production company, Spoton Film & TV Services, since 1985 specialising in
the production of TV commercials. In that time he has produced almost one
thousand adverts, picking up many national and international awards on the way,
along with numerous corporate videos and short films. Notable work ranges from
the iconic "Fred There’s No Bread" for Spar to the recent Farm Safety
campaign for the NIHSE.
- Richard Moore
Richard is best known as the founder of the Children in
Crossfire charity, following the horrific injuries he suffered as a child. What
is less well known is that Richard is one of the key media developers in the
north west. As founder and manager of Drive 105 FM, Richard is head of the most
successful community radio station in Northern Ireland and the only one which
