Fel rhan o Ddiwrnod Rhyngwladol Pobl Anabl, mae'r Tîm Arfer Da o Swyddfa Archwilio Cymru yn cefnogi'r gwaith o gyflwyno cyfres o weminarau rhyngweithiol. Mae Barod yn Gwmni Buddiant Cymunedol lle mae'r perchnogion a'r gweithlu yn gymysgedd gyfartal o bobl anabl a phobl nad ydynt yn anabl.

Hoffai Barod dynnu sylw at ddau faes dysgu o ddwy flynedd o ymchwil weithredol wedi'i ariannu gan DRILL am bobl ag anableddau dysgu fel entrepreneuriaid.

Bydd Gweminar 1 yn canolbwyntio ar Groesi'r Bont i mewn i Fusnes: gwneud i gymorth busnes weithio i bobl anabl. Bydd y weminar ryngweithiol hon yn cynnwys Alan Armstrong a Lucy Hinksman yn rhannu eu profiadau o ddechrau busnesau a'r rôl y gall gwasanaethau cymorth busnes ei chwarae i entrepreneuriaid ag anableddau dysgu.

Mae Gweminar 2, Ceubyllau, rhwystrau a phontydd: sut y gwnaethom gyd-gynhyrchu prosiect ymchwil gweithredol dwy flynedd, yn cynnwys pedwar cyflwyniad byr gan Bryan Collis a Lucy Hinksman ar gyd-gynhyrchu ymchwil, ymarferoldeb ymchwil gweithredol, gwneud y gorau o effaith ymchwil ar y byd go iawn a Pherthyn ym Myd Busnes. Anogir cwestiynau a chânt eu hateb rhwng pob cyflwyniad.

Ar gyfer pwy mae'r gweminar?

Mae'r seminar cyntaf hwn wedi'i anelu at ddarparwyr a chomisiynwyr cyngor a chymorth busnes fel Busnes Cymru, Busnes Cymdeithasol Cymru a Chanolfan Cydweithredol Cymru; y rhai sy'n darparu hyfforddiant a chyngor ar ran cyngor busnes a chyflogaeth prif ffrwd ac arbenigol; a gwasanaethau cyngor gyrfaoedd megis Cymru'n Gweithio a Chynghorwyr Cyflogaeth Anabledd.

Mae'r ail seminar ar gyfer unrhyw un sydd â diddordeb mewn gwneud ymchwil yn gynhwysol a gwneud y mwyaf o effaith canfyddiadau ymchwil, fel academyddion, ymgyrchwyr, grwpiau cymunedol, cyd-ymchwilwyr a defnyddwyr tystiolaeth ymchwil.

As part of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Good Practice Team from the Wales Audit Office, are supporting the delivery of a series of interactive webinars. Barod are a Community Interest Company where the owners and workforce are equal mix of disabled and non-disabled people.

Barod would like to highlight two areas of learning from two years of DRILL-funded action research about people with learning disabilities as entrepreneurs.

Webinar 1 will focus on Crossing the bridge into business: making business support work for disabled people. This interactive webinar will involve Alan Armstrong and Lucy Hinksman sharing their experiences of starting businesses and the role business support services can play for entrepreneurs with learning disabilities.

Webinar 2, Potholes, barriers and bridges: how we coproduced a two year action research project, involves four short presentations from Bryan Collis and Lucy Hinksman on coproducing research, practicalities of action research, maximising real world impact of research and Belonging in the Business World. Questions are encouraged and will be answered between each presentation.

Who is the webinar for?

This first seminar is aimed at providers and commissioners of business advice and support such as Business Wales, Social Business Wales and Wales Cooperative Centre; those who provide training and advice on behalf of both mainstream and specialist business and employment advice; and careers advice services such as Working Wales and Disability Employment Advisors.

The second seminar is for anyone interested in doing research inclusively and maximising the impact of research findings, such as academics, activists, community groups, co-researchers and users of research evidence.
