Beth all Cymru ei ddysgu o brofiad Gwlad y Basg?

#WAOBasque

A hoffech ddysgu mwy am y ffordd y gall cymunedau elwa ar yr economi gymdeithasol, ond na allwch ddod i'n cynhadledd diwrnod llawn? Rydym yn cynnal gweminar fyw â chynulleidfa gyda Chris Bolton (rheolwr Cyfnewidfa Arfer Da, @whatsthepont), mewn partneriaeth â Chanolfan Cydweithredol Cymru. Mae croeso i chi ddod i'r gynhadledd neu wrando o bell drwy ein dolen fyw.

Pam y pwnc hwn?

Yn ddiweddar, aeth Chris i Wlad y Basg yn Sbaen fel rhan o'i Gymrodoriaeth Deithio gydag Ymddiriedolaeth Goffa Winston Churchill. Gwnaeth yr hyn y mae Chris wedi ei rannu â ni yn ei gyfres o flogiau ysbrydoli tîm y Gyfnewidfa Arfer Da i feddwl 'Waw! Mae angen i ni rannu hyn â'r gwasanaethau cyhoeddus yng Nghymru'. Gall y gwasanaethau cyhoeddus ddysgu cymaint ohonynt a'u haddasu i weddu i'w hamgylchiadau eu hunain.

Dyma'r blogiau am brofiadau Chris:

Ar gyfer pwy mae'r weminar?

  • Aelodau Bwrdd Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus
  • Uwch Wneuthurwyr Penderfyniadau sy'n ymwneud â'r gwaith o lunio gwasanaethau a mynd i'r afael â'r heriau mawr sy'n wynebu cymdeithas yng Nghymru
  • Academyddion sydd â diddordeb mewn busnesau cydweithredol, ac
  • Ymarferwyr sy'n cyflawni arloesed, busnes cymdeithasol a gweithgareddau cydweithredol.

What can Wales learn from the Basque experience?

#WAOBasque

Do you want to know more about how the social economy can benefit communities, but can’t make our full day conference? We are holding a live audience webinar with our very own Chris Bolton (Good Practice Exchange manager, @whatsthepont), in partnership with Wales Co-operative Centre. You are welcome to attend in person or tune in remotely through our live link.

Why this topic?

Recently Chris went to the Basque Country in Spain as part of his Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Travelling Fellowship. What Chris shared through his series of blogs made the Good Practice Exchange team think ‘Wow! we need to share this with public services in Wales’. There’s so much that public services can take from and adapt to suit their own circumstances.

Here are the series of blogs from Chris’s experiences:

Who is the webinar for?

  • Public Service Board Members
  • Senior Decision makers involved in service design and tackling the big challenges facing Welsh society
  • Academics interested in cooperative businesses, and
  • Practitioners delivering innovation, social business and cooperative activities.
