Mae'r Gyfnewidfa Arfer Da yn cynnal digwyddiad mewn partneriaeth ag Arolygu Cymru a Chomisiynydd Plant Cymru a fydd yn amlinellu'r heriau allweddol sy'n wynebu pobl ifanc Cymru heddiw. Ffocws y digwyddiad hwn fydd sut y gallwn gynllunio a darparu gwasanaethau efo pobl ifanc sy'n helpu iddynt ateb yr heriau hynny.

Sut ydych chi'n ei wneud?

Daw'r heriau hyn o amrywiaeth o ffynonellau sydd wedi cael sgyrsiau go iawn â phobl ifanc, gan ofyn iddynt am eu barn ar yr hyn sy'n bwysig iddyn nhw. Mae pobl ifanc eisoes yn cael cyfleoedd ystyrlon i ddylanwadu ar benderfyniadau am eu bywydau. Maent yn helpu i ddylunio gwasanaethau i sicrhau eu bod yn diwallu anghenion yr unigolyn ac yn annog sectorau i ddarparu gwasanaethau ar y cyd.

Mae'r digwyddiad hwn ar agor i bob sector felly os ydych yn rhan o gynllunio a darparu gwasanaethau sy'n ceisio ymgysylltu a chynnwys pobl ifanc mewn ffordd ystyrlon yna dyma'r digwyddiad i chi.

In partnership with Inspection Wales and the Children’s Commissioner for Wales, the Good Practice Exchange is hosting an event which will highlight the key challenges facing young people of Wales today. The focus of this event will be how we can best design and deliver services together with young people, to help them meet those challenges.

How do you do it?

These challenges have been drawn from a variety of sources who have had real conversations with young people and asked for their views on what matters to them. Young people are already having meaningful opportunities to influence decisions about their lives. They are helping to design services to ensure they meet the needs of the individual and are encouraging sectors to deliver services collaboratively.

This event is open to all sectors so if you are involved in designing and delivering services which are seeking to engage with and involve young people in a meaningful way then this is the event for you.
