About the Event
This class is designed for coffee lovers, home roasting enthusiasts, or those with roasting experience but who would like to take it deeper.
Lasting a full day, Simon, our Head Roaster will bring his background in biochemistry and food, and lay the foundations of specialty coffee roasting. From sample roasting, to green coffee education, coffee chemistry, and hands-on experience with our Giesen production roaster, you’ll be able to chart roast profiles and learn how to identify and correct roasting faults. These classes are limited to 3 people.
