Great news for event organizers! We’ve just released a brand new event page design.
We’ve taken on board your feedback and decided it was time for a complete redesign from the ground up, offering a beautifully fresh new design and improved features.
We’ve compiled a few tips below to help you get the best out of the new design and provide your customers with a beautiful, cutting-edge look for your event.
1. Customise The Colour of Your Page
Event pages now offer more customization options so you can style your page to better match your brand. If you’d like to set a background colour for your event page, simply choose a colour in the new palette in Section 5 of the Create Event editor.
2. Choose an Image For Your Event Page
Event pages now look great with an image. The old, barely visible images that have been causing you so much frustration are gone. We’ve put your image front and centre with no colour overlay.
To upload an image, just click on Choose Image in Section 8 of the Create Event editor.
We recommend using Adobe Stock for great, high-quality images.
3. Customize Your Ticket Email Message
We’ve added a brand new design to the ticket email sent to your attendees. The best part? You can now add a custom message to the email. Simply type your message in Section 6 of the Create Event editor. Got writer’s block? Don’t worry – you can leave this section blank and we’ll write a message for you.
4. Share Your Event
We’ve improved the sharing features to include cards for Twitter and Facebook. Now when you share a link to your page, you’ll get a beautiful preview complete with your event image. Give it a try for yourself.
New Booking Widget Coming Soon
We’re still using the existing booking widget for now, but we’ve updated the design so it gels with the new event page. We’re currently working hard on a complete redesign of the widget to provide a slicker checkout process for your attendees and new features such as “pay what you want” ticket prices.
